The team at Sophie G Interiors is committed to engaging in a highly personalised design experience and places particular focus on creating spaces that people truly adore. We understand that the interior design process can feel very daunting and extremely overwhelming for some. This is why we ensure our clients are involved in the design process from the very beginning; helping us to articulate the styles they love into a space they adore.

We are a holistic interiors business and provide our services on a range of projects from beginning to end. This may include assisting you to bring those final touches to your space, or reinvigorating a much-loved space, to starting with a blank canvas and working with you to bring your vision to life.

With all our services, we always offer an initial consultation. Depending on what level of design support you will require, we have outlined the options below:

 

 
 
 
 
 

Initial Consultation $395

The first step in any design process is the initial consultation.

First, we complete an on-site consultation to really understand what you are looking to do. During this meeting, we will explore your scope of works, assess and measure-up the spaces, discuss your requirements and vision, and confirm your budget for the project. This meeting is all about us getting to know you, your home and what you love.

After this on-site briefing, we prepare an initial design scheme. Once completed, we will then organise a subsequent on-site visit with you to present the scheme and allow you an opportunity to provide any feedback.

If you are based outside of Brisbane, we can discuss all the above over a Zoom video call or travel to you. Please get in touch regarding a quote for travel, as this may incur an additional cost.

 
 
 

Detailed Design Scheme $120 p/hr

Following completion of the initial consultation process, we can then provide you with a detailed design scheme and quotation outlining all relevant specifications in order to bring your vision to life.

This design approach is inclusive of:

  • Soft furnishings, including drapes, blinds, scatter cushions, valances, etc. (including manufacture and installation)

  • Furniture selection (including specification, manufacture and installation)

  • Decorative exterior and interior lighting, including lampshade manufacture

  • Flooring solutions, including timber, tiling, carpet and rugs

  • Interior and exterior colour schemes

  • Sourcing and placement of artwork

  • Sourcing and placement of design accessories

The detailed design consultation approach follows on from the initial consultation process noted above. An hourly fee of $120 applies to this process and you will receive an estimate for your consideration and acceptance before any works are undertaken.

 
 
 
 
 

 Whole House Interior Design/Decorating

The whole house design approach by Sophie G Interiors is a comprehensive interior design approach. Maybe you are undertaking a renovation or new build and really need someone experienced to help guide you through every step of the process (which we love). With our years of experience, we know how to ensure the best results no matter the size of the project. We can work as the conduit between you and the architects, builders and cabinet makers, and can take care of all interior design aspects of the project, helping to remove all of the guesswork to ensure your home has a cohesive feel. 

This work can include:

  • Floor Plan, space and furniture planning

  • Selection and specification of building finishes, including decorative lighting, fixtures and fittings

  • Flooring solutions, including timber, tiling, carpet and rugs

  • Soft furnishings, including drapes, blinds, cushions, valances, etc (including manufacture and installation)

  • Furniture selection (including specification, manufacture and installation)

  • Interior and exterior colour schemes.

We offer a bespoke service for whole house design. Following an initial consultation and understanding your scope and expectations for the project, we can provide an appropriate pricing structure..

Those who know Sophie well, know she is a lover of a well-dressed table. She very much believes that a beautifully decorated table is the start to the perfect party. Because of this, it was a must for Sophie to offer a table dressing service at Sophie G Interiors.


Whether you are having a beautiful long lunch with girlfriends or have been nominated for the annual family Christmas lunch, let Sophie work her magic on creating the perfect table setting for you. From tablecloths, napkins and cutlery to drinkware, florals and seating she can work with things you already having or can put a whole setting together from scratch to take the guesswork out of it for you.
